A staple at The Walt Disney World Parks through the years has
always been the parade. For the Centennial Celebration at the Magic Kingdom, we are bringing you a parade that floats
above all others, this parade will actually float down Main Street!
|
|

The crowd quiets to a hush and you hear Mickey’s voice over the sound system, "Welcome
children of all ages to an extravaganza to celebrate 100 years of a wonderful friendship between A Man and A Mouse!"
|
|

Our parade is lead every day by a special Grand Marshall for the
Centennial Celebration. We are extending the invitation to any Centurion who would like to spend a day at Magic Kingdom.
If you are 100 years or more young, please contact us! We would love to have you as our guest for the day, where
age is just a number.
|
After the thrill of the Grand Marshall, you will see something that
is sure to amaze you -- our first of 5 "FLOATS"! Yes, here in the year 2071, the floats are built on hovercrafts; they actually
float several inches above the street. Our first float is a tribute to the year 1971, a brass bed from the movie Bedknobs
and Broomsticks. And wait, who is that holding on to the post and flapping in the breeze? It's "Steamboat Willie"!

|
|

Next you will be treated
to wonderful sounds -- a band composed of 100 talented musicians of all ages. Each week we will have a new band with us, made
up of musicians who have auditioned for the Disney Company at local agencies, many have come from near and far just to participate
in this unique event.

|

As the parade goes on, you will see the wonders of Walt Disney World
through the years and tributes to many of the movies and characters that The Disney Company has produced over the past 100
years. Combining heart-warming Disney moments and beloved characters with visually stunning floats, timeless tunes and energetic
performers, the parade designed especially for the 100th anniversary celebration will be unlike any previous Walt Disney World
parade spectacular, in scope and presentation.
|

The parade will be a grand procession and performance that will thrill,
engage and amaze our audience. We have pulled out all the stops to include one of the largest gatherings of Disney Characters
ever, plus fantastic dancers, rhythmic gymnasts, trampoline performers and aerial artists whose talents will take this parade
to a whole new level—literally hovering above the rest!
|

The Walt Disney World Centennial, Where Dreams Live Forever Parade
will be a wholly unique, entertaining and truly theatrical presentation. We have four performance stops along the parade route
that will dazzle audiences with unbelievable musical production numbers presented by over 100 performers.
|
As we come to the end of the parade, the last float is a tribute
to The Man and The Mouse and the friendship that has brought so much joy to so many people young and old through the last
100 years and we can only hope that it will continue for at least 100 more.
